{"id":1902,"date":"2010-07-28T13:52:47","date_gmt":"2010-07-28T16:22:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/linaru.com\/?p=1902"},"modified":"2021-10-19T13:52:36","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T17:52:36","slug":"river-of-purity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linaru.com\/en\/river-of-purity\/","title":{"rendered":"River of Purity"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"grid kcm\">\n<div class=\"grid__item one-whole portable--auto lap--auto palm--auto\">\n<pre>\t\tMy sorrow \r\nis a reflection \r\n\tof my fear, \r\n\t\t\t\ta sensation \r\n\t\t\t\tof frustration \r\n\t\t\t\ttouching \r\n\t\t\t\tour bare skin. \r\n\r\n\t\tIts sensibility \r\n\tis like a river \r\n\t\t\t\twhose clarity \r\n\t\t\t\tmust prevail \r\n\t\t\t\tin order to exist \r\n\t\t\t\tbecause if not, \r\n\t\t\t\tjust like the river\r\n\t\t\t\tI will slowly die \r\n\t\t\t\tuntil the only thing left \r\n\t\t\t\tis the foul odor of rage \r\n\t\t\t\tin the once clear water. \r\n\r\n\t\tYet, if I feel \r\n\tthat I am already \r\nin the process of\r\ndecomposing\r\n\t\t\t.\r\n\t\t\t\t.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t.\r\n \r\n\t\t\t\t\tDon't panic, don't fall \r\n\t\t\t\tinto the same frustration \r\n\t\t\tthat caught initially\r\n\t\tmy spirit in sorrow.\r\nJust sit.\r\n\r\nSmell, \r\n\talthough at first\r\n\t\tit might seem inevitable \r\n\t\t\tto judge it as sickening.  \r\n\t\t\t\tDon't be fooled. \r\n\t\t\t\tIn judging others, \r\n\t\t\t\tI judge myself. \r\nThere is no disease. \r\n\r\n\t\tThe river \r\n\tcan purify itself \r\ninstantly \r\n\t\t\tif at its source \r\n\t\t\twe stop throwing \r\n\t\t\tdead animals. \r\nJust sit.\r\n\r\n\t\tSit as if all \r\n\twere patience, \r\n\t\t\t\tand calmly \r\n\t\t\t\tfind the source\r\n\t\t\t\tof all that fear.  \r\nHear, \r\n\tdon't get angry \r\n\t\tat what you sense: \r\n\t\tthe aspect of myself \r\n\t\tthat contaminates; \r\ninstead teach yourself\r\n\t\twith inner awareness\r\n\t\t\tto be pure as the river \r\n\t\t\t\tthat is no more fear, \r\n\tonly patience, and love, \r\n\teverywhere you sit. \r\n<\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My sorrow is a reflection of my fear, a sensation of frustration touching our bare skin.
