As it rains, \r\nit spun a web around its neck, \r\nevery time it spoke, the nest\r\ngrew, overpowering words rest\r\nnear the drain pipe&rsquo;s shaft,\r\nit&rsquo;s chaos, not far, a singularity.\r\n \r\nWater doesn&rsquo;t touch it, doesn&rsquo;t \r\ndestroy it. Apparently lies \r\nare immune to fact. Rationality \r\ncan&rsquo;t destroy what is already\r\ndead. We face a peculiar way\r\nto undress our tight reality.\r\n\r\nFear of spiders, overblown, \r\nknit lies, noise, dusty haze.\r\n\r\nIt&rsquo;s incomprehensible as long\r\nas we evade their woven lies. \r\n\r\nOnce there, fear shifts, once \r\nspiders, now it&rsquo;s rain, no one\r\nin sight, awake at night, web\r\nintact, but still afraid it might\r\nrain, lives destroyed, aware\r\nof their bile, it falls apart,\r\nbut it doesn&rsquo;t as long as fear\r\nappropriates the singularity.  \r\n\r\nOnce a teardrop, once a spider, \r\nas a tear, we rained over them, \r\nas a spider, lies spun into stem\r\ncells that transformed into me,\r\nyou, anyone not immune to be \r\nfearful of the chaotic: the draft \r\nfelt as we lost control over facts.\r\n \r\nIf ever fearful, tempted to rain \r\naround their neck, wait. If ever \r\nfearful, tempted to spin a web \r\nto create a tight reality, wait.  \r\nIf ever tempered red, tempted \r\nto drink your bile, wait. \r\nIf ever tempered indigo, tempted \r\nto destroy steam cells, wait. \r\n\r\nWhere patience dwells,\r\nchaos doesn&rsquo;t reign well. \r\nRational thought prevails.\r\n<\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A spider got lost.
