{"id":8004,"date":"2017-01-14T21:15:27","date_gmt":"2017-01-15T02:15:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linaru.com\/en\/?p=8004"},"modified":"2021-10-19T11:22:27","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T15:22:27","slug":"fear-before-it-sees-itself","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/linaru.com\/en\/fear-before-it-sees-itself\/","title":{"rendered":"Fear Before It Sees Itself"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"grid kcm\">\n<div class=\"grid__item one-whole portable--auto lap--auto palm--auto\">\n<pre>\r\nThread a memory from candlelight, \r\nnight doesn&rsquo;t end when I see you, \r\nevenings pretend they don't exist \r\nuntil you remember who you are,\r\nmornings know you better than you\r\ndo, that&rsquo;s why you sit in darkness.  \r\n\r\nIf molten words fell into my chest, \r\nI would empty every joy into you, \r\nbut a closed window&rsquo;s breath stops\r\nmemories from distilling our anger.  \r\n\r\nTears become evaporated reminders \r\nto rescue us from the forgetfulness \r\nwe carry to survive the harshness \r\ndevoted moments carve inside of us.\r\n\r\nTime spells a nervous reaction 'til it\r\nyields us into submission, in response \r\nI crawl into the tongue of a bell, wait \r\nfor that moment that will wake us up,\r\nbut stillness gives everything I own\r\nto a nothingness I desire to forget, but\r\ncan&rsquo;t. I can&rsquo;t because you&rsquo;re not there \r\nto be forgotten. I can&rsquo;t forget what isn&rsquo;t\r\nthere, what isn&rsquo;t mine, what isn&rsquo;t meant \r\nto be forgotten because it doesn&rsquo;t exist. \r\n\r\nStill night, no moon, a mirror speaks\r\nto the nothing I desire to forget, alone\r\nit spreads a wish to be a glimmer but \r\nI&rsquo;m frightful of knowing myself avant \r\na well-lit forest that sees transparent  \r\nwho I am before I do. That&rsquo;s why I hurl\r\nmud against the window, seem angry, but \r\nam not.
