Within the Well
Caramel drips into the well, a child left her lollipop there, melts on the mirror as I dare myself to dwell within a farewell. As leaves fall and stick to the wall, they regret they cannot sleep where the moon's reflection deeply dwells, fills water with light one can't bare. I stand at the edge of the wall, my reflection becomes the well, what melted was myself, I dwell within the moonlight I most care. I'm the caramel. I'm the well. I'm the moon. I'm the leaf. I dwell where no one, not even light, could bare unless you fill yourself with care.
